Shipping cost and availability of alternative sizes make size exchanges uneconomical and impractical. It usually works out less expensive for you to resell. Returns for wrong size can be arranged, if an alternate size or product is available and buyer pays for shipping both ways plus exchange fee (waived with additional shoes purchased at the same time). Returned items must be in original condition with internal packing and stickers in place. In the unlikely event there is a product fault please notify via email within 5 days of receipt.
